🔄 7-Day Return & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
✅ Eligible if:
- Item is unused, unworn, and not altered
- All packaging, items, and free gifts are intact
- You have the original invoice
❌ Not eligible if:
- Product shows signs of use, damage, or wear
- Packaging or tags are missing
- It's a final sale, clearance, or discounted item
💰 Refund Process
Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 working days after returned item is inspected and approved by our team.
🚫 Shipping fee is non-refundable, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
🛠️ Faulty or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with:
- Order number
- Unboxing video
- Clear pictures of issue
We will replace the product free of cost or fully refund your payment.
🔁 Exchange (Size/Model Change)
You may request an exchange if:
